How to change date format to mm/dd/yyyy in Windows 11 File Explorer Detailed View

I tried adding FriendlyDates to Regedit with value 0, it's not working. and there no option in File Options too.

    mm/dd/yyyy should be the default date format in File Explorer, please provide a screenshot of your file Explorer window, showing the columns and date format.

    Open the Settings app, then go to Time and Language - Language and Region

    Click 'Administrative Language Settings

    On the resulting dialog, select the formats tab and then click 'Additional Settings'

    Please provide a screenshot of the Date tab on the next dialog.

    Ive gotten my Bermuda default time and DATE issue somewhat resolved.It displays as mm/dd/yyy. I'd love it if I could make it be yyyy/mm/dd !

    Is this possible?
