Could not nslookup AD domain name, DNS error 404 and 4015 when RRAS VPN user connected

Question

I have setup a new Windows server 2019, enabled AD, DNS, DHCP, RRAS, Wins, Hyper-V in a same HP server,
every function is running with no problem after setup, but recently I found a problem is that when
VPN user connected to RRAS service, I could not to ping and Dnslookup AD domain name but if no any connection
in RRAS, could not happen this problem.
When happen the problem, in event viewer, I found DNS error 404 and 4015, AD domain services error 4004, I have googled over 2 weeks but could not find any solution...

Hi,
For my understanding, you have installed multiple roles on the same Windows server 2019, including RRAS and Hyper-V. RRAS and Hyper-V are strongly not recommended to be installed on the same machine as DC.

Hopefully all these roles are not on the same windows instance. For example the multi-homing (RRAS role) on a domain controller always causes no end to grief for active directory DNS
