I found one solution for my PC. I installed the beta version of windows with no problems. So I think there is problem with KB b5003637.

hello , i have any pc with windows 10 x86 version 20h2 and 21h1, there are already three windows updates that on the x86 version blocks the pc at reboot. I also waited for the June kb (KB5003637), but the problem is not solved, the pc on reboot remains on the windows logo and does not continue . I also tried to install using USB created with media tools. the installation is successful, but at the reboot it stops at the logo. if I remove the KB it will work again

Ctl-shift-win B to graphic drivers does.nothing.Use trouble shooting from boot menu nothing.
Used restore PC from boot menu but still exactly same with a black screen.

Setting back the DRAM to 2666mhz (it was 3200mhz) fixed the issue!
it is quite disappointing that the KB update does not allow to use the DRAM at its full speed...
I will uninstall it stright away and will bring back my DRAM @ 3200 mhz! -

tkos110 1 Reputation point2021-06-14T22:17:31.773+00:00 Same problem, after update of KB5003637 PC will not boot into windows, automatic repair is attempted but fails. Only option is to recover using a backup and postphone the updates for 7 days. Hopefully MS will find a solution soon.

First thought it was the SSD, so replaced the SSD with a new, one, did a restore, but did not fix the issue. Then it became clear the update is causing the failure. -

After WU activates itself again after 7 days the same thing happens. I did that procedure now for the 4th time. It just doesn't work on my pc it seems.

After installation im restarting the computer then blu screen. Window says stopcode INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE. Windows recommend to repair it self but it cant. Loops all the time same problem. The thing that worked for me was to run the restorepoint that was automaticly saved by windows before windows install this update. So now the computer is working again. Windows prompt for me that it will install this update again. But idont wont to do that. I have no overclocked computer this must be a Microsoft problem !

…. it’s a windows 10 x64 version 20H2 using memory at 3200mhz - supported OC both by memory device and motherboard.After it loaded KB5003637 at restart boot I got the BSOD with ‘page fault in non paged area’, this auto repeat booted a few times and then gave up.
I decided to chose the BSOD advanced option to restart in safe mode, not done that ever for Windows 10, to see what that would do. To my surprise it booted with the ‘failed to load updates’ message and proceeded to uninstall it. It then booted fine…
Unless I turn off updates it keeps loading this KB and ends up with the same BSOD…
… I might try @Moreno idea of setting back the memory and trying to update to H21H1 - as also mentioned to see if that’s a way out of this nightmare.Question:
Is there still a way of me setting Windows to not load a specific KB Number Update?
… while I’ve seen reference to this, so we can wait for it to be fixed, the setup KB Update seems to have changed or been removed - anyone know how to still do this ?

Unfortunately, setting a password did not help me... Still the same BSOD. -

KB5003537, which had a download issue, is now dated July 6 and loaded fine, followed by the Cumulative Update KB5004945.
KB5003637, which seemed to be causing my boot BSOD, no longer seems to exist so guess included in 4945?
