Hi UnaFarah
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
The PageFile is the space on your drive used for Virtual Memory, you cannot and should not try to delete that, if you do, you will corrupt Windows and Windows may not start again.

As Dave said but using different words: Don't mess with Windows paging :)
If you need space then find it elsewhere. I run for many years with hibernation disabled as I don't like the drive usage and don't need it so that's one way and that's often 7-10GB in size. But it varies a lot depending.
The most proper thing though is to get a larger hard drive if you're extending beyond its capacity.
Alright , thank you Dave!
