I've been getting this for a while but the folder doesn't exist in my PC. I also don't know where the file could be. Can anybody help me or possibly send me the files that I need.

This happened after I restored Windows 10 from Windows 11.

The only thing that seems to be affected by this so far is the adobe suite. Which I need for my classes in the coming semester.

Edit: After I Installed Microsoft Visual Studio, it stopped happening as much. now it happens when Adobe is either updating or installing things.

Hi Grayson, download the troubleshooter from:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed-cca7d1b6-65a9-3d98-426b-e9f927e1eb4d

Note: if downloading it with Edge, you will need to click the 3 dots next to the warning and select Keep.

When you run it, select that you are having trouble uninstalling. Then from the list of programs to uninstall, select Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Minimum Runtime

When that completes, exit the troubleshooter. Run the trouble shooter again but this time select to uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Additional Runtime

When that finishes, you should now be able to install the redistributable without error.

It seems to be somewhere else on my PC, as the programs that need it don't have any trouble actually finding it. It's just my computer that can't find it.

None of these helped in terms of getting rid of the error messages. For now, it's fine, but when it needs to update, it might not be.

Hello Grayson, I'm Greg here to help.

I understand you're getting errors and having other problems with Visual C++ after rolling back to Windows 10. We can try to fix or reinstall Visual C++ which may have become corrupted in the roll back.

    1. Try these fixes for the error first:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/quest...

    1. You can also try repairing Visual C++

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/...

    1. If those don't help then you can reinstall Visual C++ causing issues:

    https://techcult.com/how-to-reinstall-microsoft...

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/l...

    https://www.unifiedremote.com/tutorials/how-to-...

Feel free to ask back any questions. If you'll post back detailed results then I may know what to suggest next, if necessary.

If you are getting an error message that says "Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Minimum Runtime - 14.32.31326 is missing," it means that your computer is missing a required component of the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library. This component is necessary for certain programs to run properly, and without it, you may experience errors or issues.

To fix this problem, you can try the following steps:

    1. Install the missing component: The easiest way to fix this problem is to install the missing component. You can download it from the Microsoft website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
    2. Repair or reinstall the Visual C++ runtime library: If installing the missing component does not help, you may need to repair or reinstall the entire Visual C++ runtime library. To do this, you can use the "Programs and Features" control panel. Open the Start menu and type "programs and features" in the search bar. Select "Programs and Features" from the search results and find the entry for "Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Minimum Runtime - 14.32.31326." Select it and click on the "Change" button. From here, you can choose to repair or reinstall

Update: I tested it out and this only seems to come up when I'm downloading/installing something that has a x86 bit aspect to it. So some of the older games I've installed haven't brought this up while the adobe programs are coming up with this multiple times throughout.

My PC is only capable of up to x64, so that might be why I'm having this proc.
