Hi,
I was trying to drag-drop email from outlook to an Sp 2019 modern library, but its not working.
Is it a limitation by design for sp 2019?
I know it works for sp online very well.

This topic may interest others with the same requirement. OOTB SharePoint 2019 does not allow users to drag and drop emails from Outlook. However, SharePoint apps (SPFx) have emerged that offer this functionality. See here. The apps solve the drag and drop problem and also offer other features such as view emails and email attachments directly in the browser and extract email metadata during uploading.

Per my test, drag-drop email from outlook to an SharePoint 2019 modern library is not available. It’s by design.

At present, there is no official resource to declare this default behavior in the modern library.
