Add-AppxPackage : Cannot find path

At line:1 char:1
- Add-AppxPackage -Register -DisableDevelopmentMode "C:\Windows\SystemA ...
-
+ CategoryInfo : ObjectNotFound: (C:\Windows\Syst...ppXManifest.xml:String) [Add-AppxPackage], ItemNotFou ndException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : PathNotFound,Microsoft.Windows.Appx.PackageManager.Commands.AddAppxPackageCommand
