I get error code '0x800f081f' when installing windows 11 update '2022-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5021255)'

I've tried all methods in https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-cumulative-update-error-0x800f081f/5e513035-a9f1-46e2-87af-58fa890dc123 this post (except the update troubleshooter as it does not work on windows 11 and the repair windows using an installation media) can anyone help me?

    Running the offline installer fails and doesn't install the update, and my cbs logs are here: https://anonfiles.com/r1c1QaNay7/CBS_log and my dism logs are here: https://anonfiles.com/k7c0Q1Nby8/dism_log

    See if the offline installer (.MSU package) helps.

    If that doesn't resolve the issue, please upload the zipped CBS and DISM logs to your OneDrive.
