Did you send packages to the dp? Nothing will be created until this happens.
Problem with Distribution Point on SCCM Secondary Site
In our company with one mistake ,the DP drive was formatted from the SCCM secondary server. For this reason, we Removed the DP role from the SCCM primary server and reinstall the DP role on the same drive on secondary server. But the relevant folders are not created inside the SCCMContentLib folder (DataLib, FileLib,PkgLib), And when we distribute the package, I only see the .tar file with 0 KB size in the SMSPKGSIG , SMSSIG$ folders.
Also on the primary server in the monitoring section, the distribution of the package is shown Successfully.
How to solve this problem?

Thanks for posting in Microsoft MECM Q&A forum.
The primary site replicates content from its own content library to the secondary site (not the distribution point). This can be seen in the sender.log on the primary site server. Once the content is replicated, the secondary site server processes the content and places it into its own content library. This can be seen in the despool.log on the secondary site server. Please help check the logs to see if there is any error.
Best regards,
Simon
