How to select one of the two accelerometers as simple orientation in driver

Access two same accelerometer devices in one driver, one integrated on the keyboard and the other integrated on the screen.

Now a problem has been found that the direction of screen rotation always depends on the keyboard accelerometer, regardless of the screen accelerometer's DEVPKEY_Sensor_IsPrimary is set to true or false, it is failed.
My intention is to make the rotation based on the accelerometer integrated on the screen.Why does this happen?
