MySites (SharePoint 2019) to OneDrive for Business migration

What is the best way for migration of on-premises MySites running on SharePoint 2019 to OneDrive for Business in hybrid configuration? Any 3rd party migration tools are out of scope and SharePoint Migration Tool is not compatible with SharePoint 2019.

    Go to the library of Mysite -> Open with explorer -> Move files to OneDrive for Business.

    Hey,

    have an idea

    • or simply synch the SharePoint sites with your OneDrive.
    • if it's content that involves teamwork I suggest creating teams and transfer the content. You can always synch it to your OneDrive.
