Currently Biztalk 2013 working with POP3 adapter on exchange server, migrating to outlook 365 causes problems

Does BT 13 POP3 wrk with Outlook 365 or an upgrade is needed.

Thank you for asking this question on the Microsoft Q&A Platform.
You have to upgrade your BizTalk server to work it and I assume you already aware Microsoft mainstream support ended on 7/10/2018 for BT2013.
So I would suggest upgrading it and utilize the new features in Microsoft BizTalk.

The email guys created a shared email account to test with and the new receive port does not pick up the emails I think I was also seeing connection errors in the event viewer, before, on exchange I have a service account as owner of the email box and everything was right... Thanks

2021-06-16T00:55:48.453+00:00 I was interested in exactly what problem you were having, as a client of mine is looking to migrate to Outlook 365 from an on premise Exchange server, and I've already indicated that this may not be possible with the version of BizTalk they are using.
I would suspect that the issue you are having is with authentication, as the POP3 adapter only supports Basic, Digest & SPA. As Office 365 has deprecated Basic (and you really don't want to use that as it is insecure anyway), and doesn't support Digest & SPA so far as I know, and that means BizTalk has no way of authenticating to Office 365. Hence as per KamleshKumar you need to upgrade, to at least the minimum of BizTalk 2016 with Feature Pack 3, or BizTalk 2020 so you can use the Office 365 Adapters.
