My Edge Chromium version is Version 91.0.864.41 (Official build) (64-bit). Why does my <Downloads - Show in toolbar> disappear??

For better helping you to deal with the issue, I want to confirm something with you:
edge://settings/reset, then click Restore settings to their default values, Reset to see if it can fix the issue.

I face exactly the same issue, I tried a reset, but it is not working. I have the latest version, but some buttons are not appearing, so it is in french but you will wee that in parameters some lines are missing:
