    Hello!

I am having the same issue. I followed the instructions in your video however, everytime I try to boot in Safe Mose it brings me back to the same log in screen, which I cannot get past.

This has now occurred to me with two different PCs on Windows 11 when I reset the PC.

The only way to resolve is to download Windows 11 on to a media device and do a new fresh install. This is not acceptable though.

I have the same issue, only I can't access my computer in safe mode. It loads for approx. 20 minutes and theres just a black screen with the Recycle Bin and the possibility to access the command prompt.

All this came after reformatting my computer.
