Wordpress issues with Internet Explorer

I have created a website on wordpress( I am not from IT). My name is @Saakkyy Jain and the name of my website is wsaindia.net. Whenever i try to open my website in it shows 403 forbidden error. After trying several times by Refreshing the Page, Double Checking the Address, Clearing the Browser Cookies and Cache and many more techniques i am not able to fix the problem.
