Where are we supposed to do publisher verification of our teams app?

Question

Hi I have seen an article stating that publisher verification is must for all new teams app . I created a Teams app via Teams app studio as an admin and only my teams bot gets reflected in azure AD portal and not the whole teams app. So should I verify only the bot in portal and not the entire teams app or do I need to follow any other steps for publisher verification of teams app?
