I say completely opposite. :)
- I can't open a workbook with existing macros, because they will be gone.
- I can create new "Scripts" but i can't connect them to figures.
If I create a macro-available Excel file on my local desktop and create 2-4 different, basic, macros and then upload the file in Sharepoint, my macros are gone in the Online-excel version in Sharepoint.
In the desktop version I'm also able to connect the macro to a figure, for example a square. When I press the square, my macro is activated.
This Is the solution i need to have in Excel online version in Sharepoint.
If I create a new online excel file in Sharepoint I'm able to create new macros. They are now called Scripts. Problem Is, the scripts are only saved in a list. I can't connect the scripts to a figure, like my square in the example above. In the end, I can't scroll the list to find correct macro to activate it because I need too many Scripts/macros.
Today, I have a desktop file with over 1-2k macros attached in figures. When I'm the only one working in this file It's all fine.
Now we're about to be 4 persons working in my file and I can't have It on my desktop anymore.
I need to make the file shared, in Sharepoint, for example with Scripts/macros attached in the figures.
Any idea how to solve my issue?
