Default Parameter Values not Updated when Report Updated

I am having this known issue from 2010. I am using SSRS 2016. is there any updates about this?

    I couldn't reproduce the issue, do you mean that you have met with the issue now?

    If you have met with the same issue as shown in the link, we'd suggest that you may use SSRS2017 for a try.
