Preferred band option not showing

So my laptop supports both 2ghz and 5ghz wifi but I can't find preferred band option in my network adaptors setting what should I do to run it in 5ghz

    I don't see wireless mode, I tried to do what others wrote above, but I don't know what else to do to make it appear

    my device is saying 2g and in my case when i go to the advanced option on my adapter it does not give me the option of preferred band and i need to fix that problem and my pc and cpu is brand new and i have just updated to windows 11.
