Just found a way to fix it, I used intel graphic command center, for anyone who wants to know.
How to remove black bars when lowering resolution/How to Make screen stretch instead of adding black bars?
Lowering my resolution in-game and normally adds black bars instead of stretching, I didn't mess with any setting or anything, it just does it now, it never used to do this how do i fix it?

2022-09-11T03:27:01+00:00 The black bars are an inevitable result when the resolution you have chosen has a different aspect ratio than the monitor's native resolution. To remove the black bars you have to make the resolution you are watching into the same aspect ratio, in which case a portion of the image will be cut off.
To put it more plainly: If you want a square peg to fit into a round hole you have to shave off enough of the corners of the square peg until it's a round peg.
