same issue KB5012592 just go disable update and delete this folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and dont turn on update change hkey permanently disable update otherwise this kb5012592 always try to reinstall and make ur pc slow

so the only way to fix this is to disable updates -- this isnt helpful
