Exchange migration 2013 to 2016 - New-MoveRequest question: Arbitration mailboxes

I have a two working Exchange (Servers 2016 and 2013) and I am currently in the process of moving Mailboxes from 2013 to the new 2016 server.

Unfortunately, I have already moved nearly all user-mailboxes (more than 90%) using the New-MoveRequest command to new server successfully, BUT DID NOT moved the Arbitration mailboxes FIRST. All the Arbitration mailboxes are still on the 'old' 2013 server. Everything works fine. All Users can work without any problems at the moment.

Now, I noticed, that I should have moved the Arbitration mailboxes first.

Will I run into problems when I run the migration of the Arbitration mailboxes now -> after 90% of the User mailboxes have already been successfully moved. Or will everything be fine?

Please help!
