Hi,

I've created a configuration policy which will sync SharePoint libraries to workstations. Pretty basic and it works.

My issue is that when trying to make the policy apply, We are needing to allow time for the policy to be sycned, in the most recent case I've now been waiting over 2 working days for the policy to apply. Selected machines are online 9 > 5:30 if not longer but are taking a very very long time to get the policy. A hand full have received the policy and are working well.

So my main issue is just with the time of which taken for the policy to apply. I've read online that this can be sped up with a Redamation Policy. However, I wanted to confirm that this only works with Enterprise plans? and not MS Business Premium, since the licence re-jigg.

If this is correct, does anyone have any recommendations which could be followed to help cut down the waiting time?

Thanks

@Enzo Faranda Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, I know that we have deployed a configuration policy but it need much time (over 2 working days) to be applied. If there is anything misunderstanding, please feel free to let us know.
For this issue, I have done some search. Normally, device will get the policy or profile on its next scheduled check-in with the Intune service about every 8 hours.

Given this strange situation, it seems that background log analysis may be needed. With the limitation of Q&A, it is better to create an online support ticket to handle this issue. It is free. Here is the online support link and hope it will be resolved as soon as possible.
