Empty shared contact list

When I try to share a contact list with someone else in my organization, it sends as a blank attachment. How do I fix this?

    When I try to share a contact list with someone else in my organization

    What's the account that you are working with(Exchange, Microsoft 365 or others)?
    What exactly is the contact list you mentioned here(local contact group, contact folder or others)? And how did you share it( via New Message, Share contacts or Forward contact option)?

    Based on my tests with Microsoft 365 account on Outlook 365 version 2105(Build 14026.20270), I tried to create a local contact group and share it to others via "Forward Contact" option, it would send a message with an attachment(type: Outlook item file) containing the information of this contact group, and the recipient could open the attachment and view the contact information of the group normally.
