Removing CoreSync_x64.dll on Windows 11 Home Single Language

I uninstalled Adobe Premiere and the **** CoreSync_x64.dll cannot be stopped from running and I can't delete it, which causes a program named Program.exe to start when I turn on my computer. How do I remove it?

I understand that you are unable to remove the Adobe-related CoreSync_x64.dll file;

Initially I recommend that you press the Windows key and type: msconfig press Enter;

On the startup tab, disable anything related to Adobe, especially Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Updater. Acrotray is also part of Adobe's boot sequence, disable that too;

Restart the PC. Go to the CoreSync_x64.dll location and you still will NOT be able to delete the file, but you can rename it. Rename it to any name;

Restart PC again, go to CoreSync_x64.dll location, now you can delete files and folders;

Thanks so much, it worked!!! But there still be an application named Program.exe, I uninstalled any Adobe program, I tried going to the location on Task Manager but I can't find the file. How can I make it disappear?
