Hi, Over the next 2 years I need to book staff into multiple training sessions where they will have to select a session time that suits them. They will need to accept the meeting/training session so it goes into their calendar. I also need to be able to cap each session so when it's full additional staff cannot select that session. I will also need to track each session to confirm numbers etc. Is something that I can do using outlook or another 365 application?

    Hi,
Sound like you can create a room mailbox and you send invitation to all users with the room mailbox specified. There is a value "capacity" you can set for a room mailbox but it's sole purpose is to show capacity, not enforce it. So it will not prevent the user joining the meeting even the capacity has been reached.

That's all I know from Exchange side.
