Windows update: something didn't go as planned every time i try to install an update

At The 90% more there page after restart for installing 2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5008353), it shows something didnt go as planned undoing changes i did it 2 times its showing the same plzz help me fix it

For me pesonaly I believe it is a Dell defect, it was a Huge mistake to purchase a Dell G3 3500 lap top when I have no issues with any android or apple devices I use. The Dell laptop is so bloated with malfunctioning software new from the factory for over a year and a half now I have been trying to debug the O.S. while killer wifi does not work nvidea does not work Alien ware does not work. windows 10 was defective and did not work so I downloaded windows 11 which works better than windows10 on this machine but not as good as windows 10 on my 15 year old Dell machine.. Bit locker was such a nucance I removed it. it reapeared a year later after an update, started itself up, and locked me out of my own computer, so I removed all bit locker software for the second time. after a year and a half of trying to get this brand new Dell laptop to work as well as the 15 year old Dell 9000 latitude I can still use although the hardware is sevearly worn out. the new Dell absoloutly does not. I am curious if every one having this Something didnt go as planed we are removing it, are using dell products.? That would help me narrow down the troubleshooting. None of the android or apple devices with several updates have had a single issue in the same time period ? Once again the Dell G3 is slow malfunctioning and awkward to troubleshoot. Has not worked properly since I got it.

I found something interesting;

But First, YES I literally did try Everything listed here in the past year plus!

And my rig is custom built by me, with all the bells and whistles.

I've been working at this for four days now! I have (3) three backups (clone, cloud and RAID10)

Reinstalled OS twice now!

I still have the update loop! (KB5032007) and (KB5032190)

The Interesting part Is; I manually download from MS, go to run it, and a pop up window says "Windows Update Standalone Installer" "Update for Windows (KB5032007) is already installed on this computer."

Also this holds true for '22H2' AND '23H2'

With that said, No windows user should have to go through this!!

I had the same problem.

I searched and found a solution.

Just go to "Turn Windows features on or off" and turn off ".NET Framework 3.5" and reboot.

Then try to install the update.

System will be updated successfully.

Then come back and turn on ".NET Framework 3.5"

None of this worked for me. It has been more than a month now. I thought it would resolve itself, but I have updated all drivers, disconnected every external device including my keyboard, shut off all startup software, and followed every suggestion in this post. I have one solid state drive with almost 500g of space and during installation of the update, it tells me something went wrong and it is undoing it. I've exhausted every possibility except reinstall, which will cost me 2 full days of work, so I want to avoid that.
