Hi. I have broker and terminal servers. Windows Server 2019.

I have installed the application on a broker

I am not receiving any information. How to use the program correctly?

    Hi,

    According to the system requirement stated in the tool download page, it mentioned the tool supports Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2 but the higher version is not included.

    Moreover, this diagnostic tool is used to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with RDS deployments via collecting some event logs.

    In fact, there are other steps we could make to enable the event logs for us to investigate failure of RDS deployment.

    Kindly refer to below KB for more information of RDMS UI log files.

    Hi @Андрей Михалевский ,

    The Remote Desktop Services Diagnostic Tool should automatically start collecting information from the Windows event logs, please note however that this tool has not been verified/tested by Microsoft to work on Windows Server 2019.

    There was an old support article about this tool which no longer exists, but you can find it in the Internet archive, perhaps it may provide some assistance:
