How do I stop Windows 11 from automatically adjusting volume during VOIP

For years, Windows has had a "feature" in which if you are in a VOIP call on desktop (e.g. a Whatsapp call), it will automatically reduce the volume of any other app (Chrome, Spotify, etc.). For previous versions of Windows, it was fairly easy to turn off. However, I cannot figure out where to turn it off in Windows 11. Any ideas? Thanks!

Yes, that worked! Thank you so much!

And after using Run and seeing that the Sound panel still exists, I just now realized that it is accessible via the Control Panel, but Windows seems to drive me to use the sound options in Settings, where it is inaccessible. Thank you again.
