Two of the accounts I want to remove were from failed attempts to set up something. On the 3rd attempt I was successful in setting it up. A third one is for something that was discontinued. There is nothing to sign into to eliminate those 2FAs from.

I'm curious though this account you're removing would this be a work email/account? To be honest there's too much difficulty in removing for a mere personal account.
Would it be possible for you to send me a video of how this all goes down? That's should give me and my mates some more perspective on this issue of yours. Don't post it here tell me first if you can provide a video for it and I'll ask you to send it via other means.
