Unable to process notification from your work or school account.

I accidentally deleted profile from Microsoft authenticator mobile app and now even after re-login I am getting notification 'unable to process your notification from work or school account. If this account has been removed from the app, please also remove it from the MFA registration page. Otherwise remove the account and re-add it.' Please guide me with necessary actions.
