There are no power options showing for me, I'm not able to shutdown in windows 11. Please help me to resolve this. I had previously experienced this in windows 10 but I fixed it by adding some registery key. But that's not working in windows 11.

Thanks and regards.

    Hello,

I was having the same problem as @ NikhilKolhapuri I followed all of the steps above and completed the repair install, however, I still get "There are currently no power options available." The only way I can do a complete shutdown of my computer is to Ctrl+Alt+Delete, Lock, then access the power options from there. This problem started after I had to download Respondus Lockdown Browser for school. I uninstalled it as soon as I was able to, but continue to have the problem despite multiple attempts to resolve it.

At last, try to uninstall currently installed graphics driver and reinstall latest graphics driver.

Hello and thank you for your response.

I found some instructions online and uninstalled/reinstalled the graphics driver, but the problem still persists. Might you have any other suggestions?

    Thanks!

We are also experiencing the same issue. We have about 15 computers suddenly with the issue. It is occurring on both Windows 11 and Windows 10 PCs, of various builds. I have tried all the fixes I can find to no avail.

    1. Full updates including to 21H1 build, and BIOS.
    2. Did a SFC / SCANNOW → No issues reported
    3. Used the DSIM command to repair / replace system components
    4. Ran the Windows power troubleshooter, no issue reported.
    5. Updated graphics driver.

It does not seeem to be windows update related, as many of the pcs had not updated actually in 2 months. We also had made no changes in our group policy or startup scripts. This is driving us crazy. Any advice welcomed!
