how to get some help from support for my rewards account

Hello how can i get some help with my rewards account I have sent several forms addressing the problem but can't get a fix for this I'm not using any bot or vpn and This just started happening last few weeks I can't redeem for amazon although I was able to a few months ago I used to be able to get help with anything from support but now I dont even think a real person is looking at these

I am also having the same issue trying to redeem my points for an Xbox Gift Card.And when i go to Microsoft Rewards Support Request page at the top it says "Your Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the program. Review these policies in the Microsoft Services Agreement governing the program which you accepted when joining." And the rest of the page is grayed out.I have no idea what i did either.

Hola tengo un problema con mis recompensas de Microsoft Rewards que es que he cambiado de país hace 1 año y medio casi y el problema que yo actualmente resido en España pero me salen las recompensas de Guatemala donde era antes, ya cambié de región en mi portátil pero todavía sigo teniendo las recompensas de Guatemala y quiero reclamar una cosa que está para España y no me deja porque piensa que resido en Guatemala. Si tiene un arreglo me puede responder o contactar

I am having this same issue trying to redeem my points for an Xbox Gift Card.

When going to rewards.bing.com/support everything is grayed out and I am unable to fill out the form to request support. Since there is no way for me to request support through that website I need another way to request help.
