I update my laptop on 9/07/2025. Before that all the keys in my laptop were working fine. After the update. I have to wait for some seconds before i can use Those keys again and sometimes I have to update driver again and again and still the keys do not function.

I have tried ever solution I can find on web.

The solution I tried are -

Updating keyboard driver

uninstalling the keyboard driver

rewinding the update

resetting the laptop

solution using task scheduler

The keys which are not working properly are - t, y, tab, left ctrl, f2, f3 and some more

    Hi Lakshay,

I'm Cherrelyn, I'm here to help and I truly understand how frustrating it is when keys stop responding after an update. Since the issue affects specific keys and persists even after resets and driver changes, this may point to a hardware-level conflict triggered by the update such as firmware or compatibility issues. If available, try accessing your BIOS/UEFI and test the keys there. If they still don’t work, it’s likely hardware-related. If they do work, then the issue is tied to Windows. You can also try booting into Safe Mode if the keys work fine there, a background service or driver is likely causing interference.

Let me know what you find and I’ll help you from there.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn
