How to fix "Something Went wrong - refresh the application" problem?

I'm having very frustrating problems with accessing my outlook-mail (hotmail). Every time i try to log on it loads for a while, and then the message below is displayed. I feel like i've tried everything. I've tried logging in from different devices (MAC, iPhone, work PC etc.). I've clearede the cache and browser search history. I've triede different browsers and tried on the Outlook app and on web. I've changed passwords. I'm in desperat need of help because i now don't have access to my personal mail at all. Here is the message that shows up:
