How can I turn off auto enhancement of photos in the latest builds of windows 11

CR3 files are now magenta I shoot raw because I want to see what the camera sensor saw. Anyone who has done basic photography would know how how important this is so why chnage the look and waste clock cycles trying to second guess the effect I want and getting it sooo badly wrong the result is unusable.

This question has been asked many time but the topic keeps getting buried so bumping it up again as one of the last semi pro photographers to persevere on Windows

Hello Andrew, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

You should be able to deactivate the auto enhancement feature via the following steps:

    1. Open the photos app.
    2. Click on the 3 dots in the right corner then select Settings.
    3. Scroll through the list till you find the option that reads "Automatically Enhance my Photos"
    4. Click on the button to turn off the feature.
    5. Close the app.

Once done the system should no longer auto enhance the photos for you.
