Hi @Ami Stanton
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.
I understand that your MSN news feed, which was there when you first set up your new laptop, has suddenly disappeared. This can be frustrating, but it's usually a simple settings issue that is easy to fix. This feature is called Widgets in Windows 11 and News and Interests in Windows 10. Please try the following steps:
1.Open Microsoft Edge > Click the three dots in the top-right corner → Settings > Under "Start, home, and new tabs", choose "Open these pages" > Enter https://www.msn.com > Save > Restart Edge and check if the feed appears
2.Press Win + W to open the Widgets board > Click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner > Toggle "Show feeds" to on > Restart your PC to apply changes
In the meantime, could you please provide some more details about the error you are encoutering?
