    Hi there,

I'm Cherrelyn and I’m happy to help you with this. To install Windows Maps (Microsoft Maps) on Windows 10 64-bit just open Microsoft Store from the Start menu. In the search bar, type “Windows Maps” and select from the results and click Install. Once installed, you can launch it directly from the Start menu.

Let me know if you don’t see the app in the Store and I can guide you through an alternative method.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn

    Hi Terry,

Great! Downloading the offline maps is a good sign and once that finishes, the Windows Maps app should become accessible through your Start menu. If it still doesn’t show up after that, try restarting your PC to refresh the app list.

Let me know how it goes, and I’ll be right here if you need any further help.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn

    Hi Terry,

Thanks for getting back to me. If Microsoft Maps isn’t showing in the Store, it may be hidden due to regional settings or system components.

    Please try this:

-Open Settings > Apps > Optional Features

-Scroll down and look for “Maps” or “Offline Maps” – if not installed, click “Add a feature”

-Search for “Maps” and install “Windows Maps” from there

Once added, it should appear in your Start menu.

Let me know if it's still missing and I’ll help you further.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn
