I’m trying to sign into my works teams on my new phone I click the little sign in button and it jumps me to the Authenticator app then a sub page in the Authenticator app pops up telling me to open Authenticator to complete the sign in but I'm already in the Authenticator app!? I can't get around the sub page without cancelling the sign in request I feel like I'm losing my mind.

Carolyne-3676 1,131 Reputation points2026-03-18T14:01:39.7266667+00:00 The resolution would be remove your work account from Authenticator and re‑add it, or reinstall the app and choose Restore/Begin recovery instead of signing in normally.
If it still loops, your organization must reset your MFA registration so you can re‑enroll Authenticator cleanly; contact your IT admin and ask them to clear your security info for Teams sign‑in.
