How to schedule the retake of the PL-300 exam? I was approved

    Regarding your issue, although it is not within my scope but here is what I can help you with, if you've already been approved to retake the PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst exam, here’s how to proceed: 

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn Log into Microsoft Credentials with the same account you used for your previous exam. 
    2. Go to your Certification dashboard  Click your profile icon > Profile > Certifications. You’ll see your PL-300 exam listed there. 
    3. Schedule your retake  Click “Schedule Exam” next to PL-300 and you’ll be redirected to Pearson VUE or Certiport to choose your preferred date, time, and delivery method (online or test center).  Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate - Certifications | Microsoft Learn 
    4. Pay the exam fee  Unless you have a voucher or are part of a special program (like Microsoft Skills Challenge), you’ll need to pay the full fee again.  For more details, please refer to: Exam and Applied Skills assessment lab retake policies

    If you happen to run into any issue relating PL-300 exam you can raise a ticket by following these steps: 

    1. Click this link https://aka.ms/credentialssupport 
    2. Sign-in account 
    3. Click continue

    1. Fill all your information and click Save

    1. Click this link again (https://aka.ms/credentialssupport) The page will fill your Product Family (learning) and service (Microsoft Credential). 

    After that you can fill the remain information and submit ticket.
