Hey! I go it to work. Same instructions but I unchecked "Show recommended section" and Show recently used files. They popped up after I did that.

To always show Quick Access in Windows 11 File Explorer, follow these steps:
Open File Explorer (
Win + E).Click the three dots (
...) in the top menu bar.Choose Options.
In the General tab, find "Open File Explorer to:".
Set it to Quick Access.
Click OK.
Now, every time you open File Explorer, it will show Quick Access by default.

Quick access is available on Home screen (that's why I asked OP if Quick Access is there when clicked on Home). Also, Quick Access items should be on the left side, all the time.
