Issues Enabling .NET Framework on Windows 11

I've been trying to open a game on my PC that requires .NET Framework to run, but it's no longer loading. I recently replaced my old M.2 drive and installed Windows 11 on it. Everything was working as intended until last week. I have tried installing it again, but I keep receiving an error message with the code 0x8007007E. I keep receiving updates for it in the Windows updater, and they're able to install without issue. I also can't enable it in the "Turn Windows features on or off" setting. I've looked up many possible solutions online; using the repair kit, changing group policy settings, and all other methods have failed. Can anyone help me?Screenshot 2025-07-15 130354
