Query students who passed all three classes

Question

What i am trying to do is query those students who have passed all three required classes of Math (MA), English (EN), and Science (SC) with a passing grade of D or higher.

I need to query students that have taken ALL three classes of math, english, AND science in column "Course Dept" and have only grades a b c or d in the column "Grade Mark"

There is a record of the same student in different classes therefore there are duplicate student ID's for each class that they took
