2013 Outlook Client not connecting to 2019EX

So I'm finishing up our migration from 2013EX to 2019EX.
However i have about 6 Outlook 2013 users who are constantly being prompted to log in.
I've tried to make registry changes. And change the connection in outlook.
But still they get prompted often.

What configuration changes should I be looking at to make things work for them?

    Hi @BCL

    Sorry I need to ask the following questions:

    1. Did you mean Outlook 2013 continually prompts for credentials?
      Or the users are prompted for credentials for the first time they launch Outlook?
    2. Do the users have anything in common?
    3. Do you have other Outlook 2013 clients working fine without such problem in the organization?

    I would recommend recreating Outlook profile for them to see if it can get rid of the problem.
    And also check Credential Manager if there are some outdated credentials cached.
