Why did resource validation fail when trying to create a Trusted Signing Account

I'm trying to sign up for Azure Trusted Signing. I fill in the simple form and it fails with a useless error message. I'm not sure what else to try. Here are screenshots of the process:

Why on earth can names not begin with "one?" The name of the business does indeed start with "One." I'll try now.

It worked! Never would I ever have guessed that there was that exact limitation. Thank you!

Matt Haggard - Thank you for confirming — I’m glad to hear that the issue is now resolved. I'm not sure why this limitation exists, but as it says, it is being rejected by Azure Resource manager which it doesn't allow to use one in the name.

Hello Matt Haggard,

Could you please confirm the Trusted Signing account name used during creation?

Also, kindly refer to the following Microsoft documentation and ensure that:

The account name is not case-sensitive
The name does not begin with the word “one”
