Windows is blocking files as potentially harmful, I need to unblock them how do I do that please ?

May I ask, are you confident the file came from a trusted source or someone you know?

If you're sure the file is safe and from a trusted source, please try:

1. Right-click the installer file and select "Run as administrator".
2. If that doesn’t work, try adding the folder containing the installer to Windows Security (Defender) exclusions:

• Visit https://support.microsoft.com/windows/virus-and-threat-protection-in-the-windows-security-app-1362f4cd-d71a-b52a-0b66-c2820032b65e under "Virus & threat protection settings" expand the section "Exclusions".

I sorted it by going to the trust centre and restoring defaults.
