Second Monitor not being detected.

I am running a newly purchased Surface Pro 11 with a second monitor.

When I started it up, the second monitor was working fine.

During/following an update, the second monitor ceased to work and is now not being detected.
It shows I am running the latest driver for the Display Adaptor - the Qualcomm(R) Adreno(TM) X1-85 GPU.
Intermittently, when reviewing the Device Manager, the adapter will show as disabled, or not working correctly, or working fine.....
When I plug the second monitor into my Surface Pro 3, it works fine but cannot be detected by my new Pro 11 since the initial start up.

Hello! Reinstalling your video driver may help. Try this:

    1. Download the driver from the official website of your graphics card manufacturer.

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=106119

    1. When you download the Video Driver, disconnect your PC from the Internet > Search "Device Manager" in the search bar > Click on icon > Expand the "Video adapters" tab.
    2. Right-click on the first video device > Select "Uninstall device" > Check "Try to remove this device’s driver" > Confirm. NOTE: Your screen will search, it is normal, do not worry!
    3. Restart the computer.
    4. Install the downloaded > Restart the computer.
    5. Connect to the internet and check if the problem has been solved.
