VBA Function in Excel - Run Macro based on Column Content

Question

Hi there,

Hoping someone is able to assist me with this. I am tasked with creating a spreadsheet for work, and have some experience with Excel, but very new to VBA.

I need help creating an ability whereby the program looks at a column (say column B), looking for an entry from a dropdown, and based on the dropdown selection, executes a macro in column F (which is the entry of rows and text).

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
