How can I extract the language pack from the system docking the system installed in Windows 10?

    Hi,
    As far as I know, there is no way to extract the language packs installed in the system.
    If you would like to get language resources, you could download language packs from the Microsoft Next Generation Volume Licensing Site.

    Thank you, I read those articles. However, I want to learn what to write and the appropriate commands for this process, for example, "Extract tr-TR.cab -F:* C:\Users\Turan\Desktop" via the Cmd.exe command window.
