Our related teams have already known this issue and they are actively investigating and working on it. Meanwhile, you can try the following workarounds and check if they work for you:
1. Kill the process and start the app again
2. Close the windows with error message. Sign Out of Teams and sign in again.
If these suggestions cannot work, please provide the following information to me for further assistance:
1. Please sign in Teams Web App and check if you can sign in. if yes, you can use it as a temporary workaround.
2. Please confirm with your other users in your organization whether they encounter the same issue.
3. If you could successfully sign in Teams before? When did this issue occur?
4. Can you always reproduce this issue?
5. Please collect the Teams debug log and send the file to me via private message. To do this, see: Use log files in troubleshooting Microsoft Teams. Before you collect the log, you need to reproduce the issue.
